Communication among advisors is poor, leading to significant challenges in resolving issues efficiently. Recently, my business account was incorrectly charged a substantial sum of money. Although assurances were made regarding a refund, the amount has yet to be returned. The process of addressing basic tasks with them has been unduly troublesome. While hesitant to leave unfavourable feedback, prolonged frustration has left me with little choice. I sincerely hope that a resolution can be swiftly reached upon bringing this matter to light.
