Kian has a very good nature and has been very professional with the transactions and the process went through smoothly.
But in future I would not recommend a Forward contract with a 10% deposit as apart from the loss of the use of the deposit over 5 months, I also lost a considerable amount with the exchange rate.
I could have done with better advice on the exchange rate as you are the experts .
