Sad, disappointed, shocked, angry and frustrated. I placed my order for several clothing items totalling SGD 671 in October 2020. Till today I have NOT received a single item. Yet their website showed ‘fulfilled’.
I sent several e-mails but they were left unanswered; my WhatsApp message to the Turkey mobile number received standard computer-generated reply that is not helpful at all.
My request for refund was totally ignored. PayPal cannot help too. What can I do to get my money back.
