Same story as the rest below! I am so surprised! I have contacted my credit card company as well, hopefully will get a refund now!
The order was placed in June and same stories as the rest that first the whole covid-19 excuses and then you see that they are selling more stuff, updating FB and Instagram on a regular basis...I do not understand how this business operates.
