Products are great, love that it’s fairly traded . However, next day delivery option never arrives on time .. always 2 days so seems that the extra cost is pointless. Also, as a small independent retailer it’s important that stock arrives in a timely planned manner … I’ve had 3 delivery delays now and that has directly affected my sales negatively
