I am a 4 year old customer of Amlifion India and company has really nice products but the service quality is very poor. The staff is constantly making wrong commitments, argues with the customer and not at all empathetic. They commit for one charges and then they add additional charges. Very sad to see senior citizens suffering.
I will not recommend amplifon costly/premium products with such a poor service.
