I am so pleased to now have an agent I can rely on! I was somewhat apprehensive to use a company I wasn’t familiar with, but Trokon earned my trust and confidence. He is not very responsive, but he is true to his word. He was able to secure me a great deal without any pressure. I look forward to turning over the stress of booking flights in the future to a reputable company and to someone who clearly loves his job.
