Wish I knew about this company before I placed an order. I ordered a scarve from them May 11. Checking on it they stated the order delayed due to large response to their ad on Facebook. Later I was told cleared customs in China. Another request stated an incorrect tracking number. I have been told my address was wrong. Now don't you think I would know my address. Repeated e-mails requests only to receive an automated response "checking and will respond as soon as possible. Have tried to get refund. I have spent too much time on this problem. This is why I don't order online purchases.
