I ordered my son’s Christmas presents in November. It is now Christmas Eve and still NO delivery! Customer support was a joke, offering up a standard, formatted response of, “Sorry you have not received your package. We are working hard to get it to you.” I completely understand delays for the Christmas season but over a month and nothing???
