Upgraded from A Tyros 2 to a 76 Key Tyros 5. I was given a generous part exchange for my old Tyros, and they were more than happy to point out the different finance offers, in particular the "take it away" which would have given me a 9-month interest free option. The delivery of the new instrument (which was free) came 3 days after I paid for it and only 2 days later a collection courier came to collect my Tyros 2 which was also free of charge. The salesperson I dealt with called Ben was very professional and gave me really good advice using his "musicians head" not just as a salesman. If he was busy when I telephoned with it must have been at least a dozen different queries, he always returned my call promptly and was always happy to give me his advice and know how. I should also point out the Tyros 5 was in mint condition as was the speakers, all the wiring and the manual, I even got a 2 year solid guarantee. I cannot praise Allegro Music enough and would highly recommend anyone to give them a call first for your musical needs, it will save you looking around elsewhere and I promise you will not be disappointed.
