Absolutely awful experience, been over 7 weeks (last 3 weeks with underwriter) and keep getting palmed off - keeping telling my broker that it will be dealt with 'today' and never is - despite escalating as complaint. Seller now getting restless as planned date was 31st but we are now a week past this date....and still no further with Aldermore so Solicitor cannot give a 'new' completion date. Please avoid at all costs!
