My chair arrived within a couple of days of ordering - very happy with the ease of ordering and speed of delivery.
The chair did arrive with some minor damage, which did not impact its functionality at all, but the customer service was amazing - within a few hours of sending an email, a replacement part had been shipped and instructions on replacing the part were provided.
Cannot fault this company or product at all!
