I bought my boots. Wore them once they hurt my pinky toe bad! Took them to store I bought them at, was told to contact customer service for full refund. Customer service said I have to do it in store. The store refused to refund, saying the timberland company said not to refund any boots, that it has to go through website for refund. Now I am stuck with $160 boots I can't wear, because I trusted timberland with there warranty and refund policy! I'll never buy again!
