I sold my tickets to a concert in October that was unfortunately cancelled but rebooked 5 months later. Not only have they held my money for that entire time, they then cancelled the payment back to me after the show in March until I gave my SSN, which doesn’t feel safe. Now they’re telling me that it takes 13 calendar days for my money to get to me. I just want my money without the unnecessary delays.
