Avoid this terrible company at all costs!! My husband purchased a spa voucher that expired last year during the COVID-19 pandemic, He contacted customer services to extend the voucher now that spas have reopened. He wrongly assumed this wouldn’t be a problem as other companies had extended vouchers and it seemed to be the only decent thing to do under the circumstances.
Customer service was appsuling, staff were very unhelpful and basically told him that it was his fault for not contacting them sooner and that he could not get the voucher extended or even receive a refund.
