Avoid at all cost!
Booked online. Said they would phone me to confirm a time slot for the day. No phone call. Got an email allocating a time slot. When I eventually got through to request a change of time as the time slot allocated didn't work at all, told there were no other time slots available. When I asked to cancel the booking, they said fine but no refund.
Not worth the hassle.
