I came across Escentual because my usual skincare was out of stock everywhere else, I couldn't believe it was so cheap, normally it isn't and it was on offer everywhere else anyway, but this was cheaper than that! I was a bit weary as I always am with companies I've never heard of. I wasn't disappointed, I paid for next day delivery and that's what I got, impressive considering we're in lockdown! It was packaged well although, I didn't like the amount of bubble wrap around the products, however, I understand this is to protect them during transit. There must be an alternative they could use? I will be buying again, soon. I highly recommend this company!
