Subpar packaging - things came squshed.
They've also created unnecessary and costly issues with the VAT. When I reached out to them about this, their final saying was that it was part of their policy and not a mistake. But this policy wasn't declared in their site, nor was something that the first service representatives I talked refered to to. It seems like they made a mistkae and simply didn't want to take responsibility to it. I find them unreliable and flakey and I won't be being from them again.
