Sent out yarn and charged me for an order I cancelled. I emailed straight away but they just sent order out. Also their default delivery charge is the most expensive option, that delivery option wasn’t even available when I ordered the correct yarn. Emailed again, but was told I would get a discount on my next order. That’ll be the first of never then.
