We have had very much the same issue as others. We were due to fly to Turkey in June but the holiday was cancelled due to Coronavirus. I appreciate times have been difficult but Alpharooms customer service is appalling. They have refused to give me a refund stating they can only offer vouchers at this time. I replied saying I was looking for a full refund and was told that couldn’t be done as they were recouping their costs back from airlines and hotels and this was taking longer than expected. I now haven’t had any communication from then since June and they aren’t replying to my emails. You would think they would want to keep customers after all this is over. I certainly won’t use them again. That was out hard-earned money and a much needed family holiday. Very disappointing and frustrating.
