Do not use this company.
Having had our trip cancelled last year due to Covid, they are refusing to issue a refund. They have issued a credit note which states that we can claim for a cash refund if we wish, but they have flatly refused on three occasions to honour this. It also now seems impossible to contact them by phone.
Avoid at all costs.
