Do not book with this company booked hotel in Benidorm for party of 8 when we arrived at the hotel there was no booking when contacted alpha rooms they were not one bit helpful spent most of day on phone with them gettin g fobbed of in the end they offered us no help at all. Hotel was paid in full to alpha several month before and they said there supplier cancelled they had plenty of time to inform us but no. Had to go a search for a hotel ourself. If this was a family with young children it would have been a nightmare BEWARE not a reliable company
