Same situation as others on this site, still trying to get a refund for a holiday we cancelled due to coronavirus. We were promised a partial refund 6-8 weeks, 8 months later still flogging a dead horse. Now contacting financial ombudsman, to get this sorted.
Pleased to see that this site is leaving honest and up to date reviews of this horrendous company.
