Service and follow up from Customer Service team was exceptional. Experienced issues due to Courier Company but 99 Bikes kept me informed of process the whole time. Problem was rectified by the team and assistance from Hayden at the Belmont Store. Would use 99 bikes again in the future, but not online ordering due to the problems I encountered.
