Had excellent customer service both on the phone and the installation lads. I wanted the dual modems but was told not to go for that as they didn't want to be charging me too much for something I didn't need. The lads that came to install, dan and shaun, were friendly, polite and professional. They kept me informed of what they were doing and also cleaned up behind themselves 🙂
