Hi I deposited 49,900 in my 1xbetke account on Friday from Mpesa. Till now it hasn't reflected in my 1xbet account. I have contacted you through livechat, calls and emails to no fruition. It's frustrating that one can wait this long to get response despite having sent all the details of transactions together with my id. This is the worst customer service I have received.
