What went wrong you ask? more to the point what went right.
3 times I was told they would call back. NEVER DID.(made countless attempts to get through) want to charge me £10 for transcript of phone calls. Want to charge me £45 to cancel a policy I did not want after refusing their renewal which increased hugely . And now have sent threat letters. Left me with no option to go to financial ombudsman. (Seems they knew exactly who I was talking about). These people are ruthless rude and could not care less. Take out a policy at your own peril,
