The fitters (Ryan and Thomas) did arrive a little late but apologised and set to work right away. Ryan explained and clarified any points that either of us had, and they worked into the evening to finish the job (I didn't feel that they rushed in an attempt to make up lost time, which I thought was good). They water tested and then tidied up afterwards and were professional and friendly at all times. My neighbours commented on what a good job they had done and how good the canopy looked (one is even considering one at their property).
