“I have recently made a fragrance purchase (not my first) there was an issue with the delivery, which was dealt with straight away! No fuss! That’s why I’m leaving a 5 star review….. by the way their fragrances are 5 star too!”

“I was introduced to Urban Apothecary London by a friend, she has the Fig diffuser and as soon as I got home I ordered one for myself, I just bought a refill for it and it arrived the next day, it's a tenner cheaper if you don't need the bottle again, and the reflll does come with fresh wooden things, whatever they're called, the scent is lovely and fresh and figgy and clean and doesn't smell claggy or artificial, just lovely and highly recommend it :)”

“Purchased the new Christmas diffuser . Had a sniff when it arrived although we won’t be using it until nearer Christmas. Loved it . If the quality is as excellent as the smoked leather and oriental noir , we will be very pleased !!!!! Best diffusers by far . Last at least 6 months (turn every week !) . House smells great , they don’t give us headaches & they are pet friendly”

“Urban Apothecary used to make great smelling Reed Sticks, that used to make a decent sized room smell of the fragrance. I’m not sure what has changed but now both refills and new fragrances have to be to no projection, you basically cannot smell unless you stick your nose into the bottle. It is very disappointing as the fragrances of the oils themselves smell very nice.”

“Urban Apothecary - had a good variety of defussers - a little bit dearer than some others on the market but well worth it. The scent was lovely for both male and female. I bought mine as a gift for a male who has been raving about the aroma ever since.”

“I have purchased hundred of diffusers over the years from Jo Malone, Neom to Rituals. The one I repeatedly return to again and again is the Oud Geranium- smells amazing. Always complimented on this when I have visitors.”

“Unimpressed. The smell is amazing, but the quality of touch doesn’t match. I think Aesop is the better option, I know they are trying to compete on price, but disappointed”

Our aim is always to provide a sensorial experience. For the washes, we combine an evocative scent with softly lathering cleansing bubbles; coconut oil extracts are also included in the formula to help smooth and moisturise the skin.
