“The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a £50 bottle of whiskey for my dad for Christmas and two days later received a completely different and unwanted bottle of what according to google is some weird £20 Spanish gin I'd never heard of. Mistakes can happen, especially at busy times, but I have been trying to resolve this politely and professionally for a week now, attempting to contact them multiple times, and I've had absolutely no response from them whatsoever. I've now had to buy the whiskey again elsewhere and lay the money out again as Christmas is fast approaching, while this appalling company still has my money and apparently no interest or intention of dealing with their mistakes! Literally nonexistent customer service and an unbelievable way to run a business these days.”
