“Excellent service from the simple online instructions to delivery of a refurbished key fob a few days later at a very reasonable price. Only downside is the key fob range has been seriously reduced, you have to be no more than 6 inches away from the car for it to work now but its better than not working at all I suppose.”

“They should be the go to place for anyone in need of replacement car keys. Sent my key to them on Thursday (delivered to them next day) and I received my replacement key (perfectly working order) on the Saturday morning. Enough said. Wow.”

“Absolutely amazing staff and service. My Chubb lock wouldn’t open or close. I removed it from the door and bits went flying everywhere. Took it all to The Master to find out what could be done. They explained what happened, fixed it, explained how I put it back on the door and hay presto I have a perfect working lock again. Saved me £££ as we all know Chubb are not cheap. Will never go anywhere else ever again.”

“We have used The Master Locksmith company twice to repair our Land Rover Freelander car keys. They do just as they say that they do. It is a brilliant service and they are good value. I'd give them 5 stars were it not for the fact that despite my requesting it in a covering letter, they do not email to confirm the key has arrived with them. Given the state of our postal service and the cost of a replacement key, I think this is something the company need to address. It would help to reassure customers.”

“Was so impressed with the service I got from these guys. My remote locking had packed up and my key wouldn't open the van manually. I turned up and waited about 15 minutes while Michael worked his magic and repaired the fob so it's all working again. Even replaced the worn cover. Fantastic Company and reasonable prices!”
