“Recently bought our first caravan from Lady Bailey. They had what we were looking for at a reasonable price and in great condition. No pressure sales to buy extras, insurance etc. which I found refreshing. Excellent handover process of the van and a weekend away thrown in with the purchase at a very nice site. I will be choosing Lady Bailey should I upgrade and would highly recommend them.”

“Being totally honest, Done a part exchange and the initial process was of my handover of the old one was like a team from “ CSI of caravans “ going an autopsy but fair play they done the job gave me a fair exchange rate, the purchase of my other caravan went really well and was given a very good informative handover with everything covered and went away happy. I was also given 2 free nights at a local caravan tourist park to test my purchase and all went well. Overall from start to finish the overall process went well with friendly informative staff and would definitely recommend LB caravans”

“All the staff were extremely helpful during the visiting and purchasing. No hard sell of any kind. All our concerns were addressed, the workshop manger couldn't have been more helpful when we were fault finding, no arguments and all were rectified in one case well above and beyond what we expected. When the caravan was delivered it was immaculate, the delivery man (Dave?) was most helpful and the handover went very smoothly. The Instruction as to how everything worked etc. was clear succinct and very pleasantly done. We would have no hesitation in recommending prospective buyers to visit Lady Bailey.”
