“I have received excellent customer service from the sales team when booking my Thermal Heat Loss Survey. On the day of the survey, the surveyor arrived at the agreed time, he was courteous and respectful of my property. 5 Stars, highly recommended.”

“I needed an inspection just prior to my 2 year new build cut off date. The inspection by Dominic was very thorough, detailed and diligent, helping to identify many newer issues, and some completely missed by a previous company. The report provided, both as a PDF and Excel, helps with the management and tracking of the remedial work needed for the issues found. The report also cites any relevant building regulations or NHBC Standards that need to be adhered to. Highly recommended.”

“Booked a snagging survey 4 weeks after moving into our new build having already reported multiple issues to the builder. Very easy booking process and plenty of availability. Lee turned up on time and did a very thorough review of all the outside and inside of the property. Gave us some insight on a few of the issues he identified on the day, very clear he has a wealth of knowledge within the trade. The report followed shortly afterwards and was very professional and picked up many snags we would have overlooked. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again or recommend to others.”
