“They have periodic sales on their prices of the various products they carry. The reason why I didn't rate higher is, be prepared to wait a while for delivery. The tracer source that is used was quite ineffective, as well.”

“I placed an order April 9th, you took my money but I still have not recieved my order. This is rediculous to wait this long for an order. In the furure you should not take money if you can't insure delivery of the my product. should have told me this before I purchased the product.”

As mentioned by our team due to the PACT Act, we can no longer ship with USPS; FedEx, DHL, and all other major shipping companies have decided to make similar decisions surrounding the ban on shipping nicotine products. As such, we are now reliant on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. Your order is passed through a network of carriers rather than directly to a local distribution center. Due to this, your tracking information will not provide consistent updates until it reaches the final mile carrier (for local delivery). Unfortunately, we cannot control the delivery speed of orders once they leave our warehouse, as the courier handles this. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. “I use to love ordering from here, but the delivery time leaves something to be desired! Placed order on 04/30 its now 05/08 with update on05/06 telling me going to the carrier, with nothing more just kind of stuck there. I called myself placing my order before I ran out of product which was Monday thinking for sure 1 week would be enough time for order to get here. On top of that I paid a lot of delivery fee to still be waiting and spending additional money on some B.S. product while waiting... Never again getting caught up like this!”

“First time order. Price for ejuice was same as other suppliers, but shipping was much cheaper. I had read horror stories about long wait time for shipping, but my order arrived in about a week. Very happy with the outcome and will order from ET in the future.”

“Ordered first of April, May 7th and the order has not arrived. Tracking not available is their mantra, so be careful when ordering. Still not sure if they are scamming me out of money or if I’ll actually receive my package. Oh, and they have. 40 business day order guarantee. So you have to wait that long if you would like a refund. Zero stars.”
