“Ordered two rear wiper blades. After waiting for approx two weeks nothing arrived and the Royal Mail tracking app still said it hadn’t been dispatched. Eventually I asked for a refund which they actioned. Very poor service. I’ll use Halfords in the future.”

“Extremely good service. One blade arrived faulty but after a phone call and sending them photos of the faulty blade, a replacement was dispatched immediately. Would definitely recommend company for price and service.”

“Poor packaging caused the longest blade to be slightly bent at the end meaning the blade wasn't competely flat on the screen. Tried to bend it back into shape which helped a bit but not perfect.”

“Poor communication, tried to cancel a duplicate order but unable to until after payment made and told a return order would be organafter I paid and the order was delivered, unacceptable, the order should be cancelled when the error was reported, not after delivery with a return sticker provided”

“I fitted my new blades they were fine. But today one broke. The part is hook A The little clip that holds the blade inplace it was very frosty .can you send me a replacement please let me know the price.”
