“Nothing wrong with the lights, but they dont work on their own, you should mention this when you sell items”

“ordered 5 * 25M reels led lights. eventually WLed got stock but had to join/solder 5M lengths together - they said all tested ok, but when we have come to use them colour varying & any movement changes colours or a section goes out !”

Hi Dave, our apologies for the experience you've had with our products. Having spoken to the customer services department, the tape was tested thoroughly before being sent out, so it may be the case that the tape suffered some knocks in transit. Unfortunately, we haven't had any correspondance from you prior to this review, so we haven't had the chance to put this right. “Simon was great, really helpful - I would have given a 5 but there were a couple of mistakes on the order. One length was 100mm short and one lead was supplied at 1m instead of 2m. Otherwise fine.”
