“product supplied are ok , but fittings dont work in the well on intsallation . contacted the help as we have a problem with the shower base , still no call or email back from victorian plumbing i was infromed by you help chat that i would be contacted back with 24 hrs , still waiting , no bathroom now for 10 day very poor customer service after spending £600 with you . would not recommed your service to any one .”

“Paid online for new shower and eventually plumber came but not all parts were there. Ended up going to our local builders merchant and sourced the missing part there. Stick to local companies in my case the online experience didn’t work for my family”
