“Rear left window has now smashed TWICE in the space of 4 months... how? A gust of wind blew the door fully open while I was getting something out the back, and the impact on the springs smashed the window into hundreds of little pieces littering the road, my storage and of course my bed. Just to clarify, nothing hit the window, just the door it was mounted on getting blown about by the wind. When I asked for a replacement or a refund the first time they said they could not provide that becuse safety glass is designed to shatter into hundreds of tiny bits in an accident. SO, TO CLARIFY IF YOUR WINDOW SELF DESCTRUCTS AND LEAVES SHATTERED GLASS ALL OVER YOUR BED AND A HOLE IN THE BACK OF YOUR CAMPERVAN WHEN A BREEZE BLOWS THE VAN DOOR A BIT, DON'T BE SURPRISED! THAT IS THE PRODUCT FUNCTIONING EXACTLY HOW IT IS DESIGNED! SO DO NOT EXPECT ANY HELP FROM VANPIMPS. Picture is the most recent time it shattered. Fool me once I guess...”

“I have used vanpimps over many years and have had a good service and good gear but on my last order that I collected the carpet had grease marks on it not a big problem but did end up getting annoyed after I kept finding grease marks and cutting pieces out to go in the bin so suggest checking carpet before you start to use it.”
