“Absolutely first class service starting with a human being on the end of the phone answering very quickly to the transport company keeping in touch about delivery and the exact goods arriving speedily. I don't know how you could improve this, good luck trying! Thank you.”

“Good prices for what I wanted. Very quick delivery, but this was direct from Ideal Standard and they’re always spot on. Had an issue with a basin which was collected and replaced two days later, again this is probably thanks to Ideal Standard. All in all a good experience.”
