“I ordered a tap for our new kitchen. It arrived within 2 days with email notifications at each stage. It was well packed. It won't be fitted for a couple of weeks but we opened the box and had a look at it and everything is fine so far.”

“Easy to order and great choice. Items arrived in perfect condition. Only bugbear I had was I paid £12 for delivery and selected my day. I then received an email saying part of the order was going to be delivered by a different company and could be on a different day. If I’m paying £12 and selecting my preferred delivery date, I want it on that date, not a different one.”
