“After contracting with an auto shipper, they were unable to pick up and deliver my car. I contacted Shiply customer service to have my deposit returned and cancel the shipment. Shiply did not respond to my customer service request. There is no way to contact them other than the customer support form on their website. They ask for 6 hours to respond to your request. It's been 4 days.”

“Terrible experience. The courier I selected failed to arrange a collection and delivery within the agreed time slot and did not respond to any of my emails except to say they were still in the process of arranging a slot. When I contacted Shiply through their website and by email to ask for a refund they completely ignored me. My experience chimes with others that have left reviews of Shiply. This firm is scamming people. Avoid at all costs.”
