“The guys at Ruislip offer the best of both worlds an online presence with smooth order and delivery process and super competitive prices together with the old school approach of engaging with you with a phone number (to which they answer, from the shop, in proper English, knowing very well what they are talking about) and an email address (to which they reply in the same fashion) If there's a way to beat Amazon, this is it!”

“There's one big advantage over buying your appliances from an outlet such as Ruislip Appliances - that is you can tap into the knowledge of the store owners. That was helpful indeed for me - they were able to help me choose and advise on the installation requirements of a Liebherr side-by-side freezer and refrigerator. Two competent pleasent chaps came round to deliver and install - they removed all packaging and took away the old appliance. They were bulky and heavy (the appliances that is)! They have been helpful in sourcing a small replacement part from Germany too. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Very helpful when I had to order over the phone due to a different delivery address for my appliances . The graded appliance was exactly as described with no visible marks , nobody would know it wasn’t a new appliance.”

Whilst graded products are still new appliances they are subject to small cosmetic damage or even just packaging damage. Often these marks might be in an area which doesn't show - ie the side of an appliance - which is brilliant as there are huge savings to be made! We are so pleased you are happy with your product!
