“Pines and Needles delivered a stunning tree to our apartment building. The tree was beautiful bushy and didn’t have any annoying sparse areas. It also lasted well into January with minimal needle drop. Visitors and guests all made comments about how beautiful the tree looked. I’ve already recommended P&N to numerous people and will be using them myself next Christmas. Excellent quality and service.”

“Waited in all day for a tree collection only to be told by Pines and Needles it had been collected! It has not. They will not schedule a further pick up and have not refunded my money. I am left with a 7ft Christmas tree in my living room and cannot speak to anyone. Emails just going unanswered. Awful customer service.”

“We bought a Christmas tree from your location at the YMCA in Kingston, from Ryu. He was friendly and helpful from the time we arrived, and sold us the perfect tree. “Great company to purchase your Christmas tree's from, really attentive customer service that respond quickly and try to resolve any issues. Delivery was positive as well, notified when tree was on the way and driver called upon arrival so overall very impressed.”

“My name is Michael and I am the House Manager at one of five star residential building in London SE16 and at the same time I am one of the elect PCC members at our local Church in Bermondsey SE16. Recently, we ordered three live 12ft Christmas trees for the three different locations, and everyone thought, it would not be that easy for the trees to be delivered on time, but trust me, the assistance, we received from Pines and Needles, was such fantastic and made our life easier throughout the process. The trees were delivered on the 03rd of December and on time, and on the 05th, residents and their guests gathered together and decorated their trees, while having their happy hour and sharing a glass of Champagne which was fun and enjoyable. Therefore, Pines and Needles contributed a lot to the residents happiness by keeping constant communication with our office, delivering the trees on time, and their operatives are such professional individuals, who provide a service with a smile. Therefore, for those who would like to use a straight forward company that is dealing in Christmas trees or derations, please try Pines and Needles who is proud to present its range of Christmas Trees and Christmas Decorations, and you will never regret it.
