“I have been using Michael Tuck as my rental agent for many years. I have always found them to be helpful and professional throughout. I have now sold my property and of course used Michael Tuck as my agent to for the sale as well. Market conditions were not great for the sale and so it took a little longer than anticipated to find a buyer. I was kept updated and informed on a regular basis until they did find a buyer and negotiated a price that I was very happy with.”

“As an experienced landlord with 2 properties who had always self managed it was a hard decision to finally accept I needed some help in managing them! Recent changes in the rental sector and the imminent new renters right bill made me reach out to a few agents when 2 of my properties became vacant. Well James Schofield made certain I was in no doubt that I would be in safe hands and I sure was! The service received from James enabling both properties to be relet in 3 weeks was superb and he was ably assisted by Gemma Hoskins who was brilliant in reassuring me everything would get sorted in the timescale I required. Awesome James and Gemma thank you so very much I am very grateful.”

“Michael Tuck have been the best estate agents I’ve ever experienced as tenants. Understandably they can’t resolve everything as that’s at the owners discretion, but they were always kind, helpful and easy to get hold of when we needed them. We felt well hosted and like they did a great job for the landlord and for the tenant. Thank you very much, we felt well looked after by you!”

“Linda & Lucy are friendly and very helpful. They handles my questions well. During the visit to my unit, they explain to me about the kitchen equipment & other electrical appliances in details.
