“Aluminium front door and side lights. The front door has a frame into which a door panel is fitted made by a different company. This panel is very poorly made and my first one delaminated within a few months. The next two were delivered oversize and also showed signs of delaminating. The wood core is now swollen so much that the panes in the door let the weather into the house. I am no longer able to speak to anyone in the office and Nick is not ringing me back despite several pleas. As the door was faulty within six months of receipt I will be claiming a full refund under the consumer credit act. Avoid this company”

“Exceptionally exemplary service and professional staff who are knowledgeable and helpful, using outstanding quality products manufactured and assembled by experts. I have used them for many years and will continue to do so. Nothing is too much for them. 10/10. I have recommended them to many people over the years, and I can find no UPVC window and door supplier better in the southeast of England. A special shout out to Charly Mainstone, who is the best for problem resolution and Kyle Beckley for his attention to detail.”
