“Firstly the Wait time to have the door made is around a month. I have paid £70 for delivery even though I am around 20 miles from their warehouse. I work mon-Friday and requested a weekend delivery or any time after 4pm on Monday-Friday since they deliver until 7pm. Even though delivery is a month away I was told they can’t do either of my requests. I now have to take a day off work which I cannot afford since someone tried to break in ruining my door. I Should have paid a little extra and got the door from b&q.”

“The clue is in the name- Value. Please do not make the same mistake. This lot are an absolute shambles. If you do want to go with the price then pay on credit card as after month so being messed around I fortunately have section 75 to fall back on and claim for our doors where the paint started peeling off in weeks! Their answer is to let magician come and fix it. Give them a google- I dare you! They ruined something else for us prior to this experience and had I looked at their reviews I wouldn't have let them anywhere near our house! Just value doors have no other option apparently. It took them 8 weeks to figure that out- that pretty much sums up the competency level of the individuals. These guys are typical window and doors sales- lovely til you part with the cash then bury their heads in the sand. AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“I am really pleased with these windows, I ordered four, I was given plenty of advanced notice of the date and time of delivery and they turned up on time with a helpful delivery driver. I commented earlier that I struggled navigating the ordering system but that is to avoid miss ordering, I am about to place another order and know that second time around it will be much easer. The price is very competitive, They were well wrapped ,clearly marked, easy to assemble and install. Great stuff”

“Delivery took far longer than stated when order was placed and then arrived incomplete. Repeated calls to the aftersales team have been ignored. I'm now going to have to contact my credit card provider for a refund of the £3300 paid.”

“Quick and easy to select the features required. However, it was not clear to me how to delete a full specification, but that's probably just me. Also, it was by chance that I came across the installation tutorial. Perhaps that could be made more prominent as it was a help to me.”

“Charged for an additional delivery. Still missing parts so we can't finish the doors. After sales is shocking. Seem to get through to an external reception that can't do anything other than take a message. Won't be using these guys again. Our last review was 5 star for the order placing process and because they gave a discount for giving a review. Ordering process was 5 star, but the delivery is 2 star. Shame. Might not matter for a home owner, but as a business its far from value, due to all the time back and forth.”
