“I'm extremely disappointed to have received an incorrect order, especially after placing it all the way from the UAE and paying a significant amount for shipping. Furthermore, my emails regarding this issue have gone unanswered, which is very frustrating! I truly loved the design of Jon Richard jewelry, but after this experience, I'm left with no choice but to reconsider my decision to purchase from your brand again. I kindly request a resolution to this matter, such as a refund .”
