“I had a lot of problems with the delivery of the Growband as it got lost by the parcel service on its way to me. However, the people at Hairguard helped me in a friendly and uncomplicated way and sent me a new Growband with another parcel service. So the service was excellent. The Growband itself is sturdy and very easy to use. It will take at least 3 months to see the first results and then I will give my opinion again.”

“All their products has a horrendous smell. There is no way you can walk among people with this smell. And if you take this before you go to sleep you better be sleeping alone... Literally stinks. And on their official site it has hundreds of 5-star reviews, none of them mention the smell. Well only one actually, but it makes it in slightly positive way. This site is such a scam. It even tried to "trick" me into automatically renew their product. These people are taking advantage of people who are already in a bad place. THIS IS A SCAM!! STAY CLEAR!”

“I have been using hairguard products since 2018 and I have to admit this has not only stopped the baldness but it has been fighting against it to bring back hair follicles. Nothing can be this natural. With the recent launch of Biogaine, I have become a fan of it. “I had chemo a few years back and as a middle-aged female, the thinned hair on my scalp was disturbing. I was using a direct marketing product, promoted by a friend. It helped mostly with breakage, but ultimately the company's customer service ruined all positive feelings. They refused responsibility for their own mistake, until I threatened to report it to the bank and BBB. I've gone through 2 bottles of Hairguard Caffeine Shampoo in about 5 months. I only wash my roots since my hair is long; I use it every other day, alternating with conditioner (not on roots) on the off days, and I definitely not use hot water! By the end of the first bottle, I started to see short strands of new growth along my hairline! By the end of second bottle, those strands are still there and longer. I don't think I had new growth in ages! My scalp is less visible. I'm so happy to have any progress, but the reason I'm writing this is the customer service. Due to this crazy supply/shipping times of 2022, Hairguard sent me an email that the US is out of product, and there will be a delay. Sarah R. of Hairguard and I, then spent a short time ping-ponging email on how they could best help me. She wrote me everyday, never getting upset if I had questions that were pedantic. I felt like I was her only customer. THAT is worth writing about! In the end of it all, Sarah will be the reason I'm staying with Hairguard instead of searching for a US-based competitor. I'll just sit tight and wait for my 3rd bottle of Caffeine Shampoo (and maybe consider the elixir).”

“I have tried 100s of supplements and spent alot of money. Luckily i was on google and searching gut supplements and i saw this hair gaurd supplements I thought I should tried. “Hairguard provides world-class customer service. Deliveries are very fast and tracked, orders always arrive undamaged (at least in my case), if you have any queries they always get back to you within 2 working days (often a lot quicker). Although I haven't seen hair regrowth using some of their products, I noticed that the biogaine kit and the growband are helped me stopping further hair loss from occurring. I am pleased.”

“I have been using Biogaine + dermaroller for several months, and, as skeptical as I was at the beginning, I must admit that it works! A good illustration to what do I actually mean by "it works" could be the fact that I have cancelled my hair transplant appointment because I started to see the natural regrowth. It is slow, but it seems to keep getting better.”
