“What an excellent service this company provides, you'd be hard pressed to find better. The apartment was lovely, and exactly as described. Prior to arriving a personal phone call was recieved, detailing arrival instructions and local contact information. Once arrived, another call recieved to ensure all was as promised. There was one small issue with the apartment safe, this was taken care of the same day! Early arrival and late check out were not an issue, this at no cost or hassle. It has been some while since my wife and I have had such a positive experience, It's personal attention old school style, somebody that actually really seems to care about the service provided. My wife and I score this as a 10/10 experience, and wouldn't hesitate to use their company again, nor hesitate to recommend. Thank you Robert & Polly for making it such a stress free experience.”

“Robert & Polly were amazing from the beginning to the end of our stay which they managed to kindly extend last minute as per our needs. They went out of their way to make sure my elderly mother had her needs met & regularly checked that we were ok. Friendly yet professional at all times. So accommodating & efficient from day 1. They go above & beyond at any hour it seems; including travelling across London at night to bring us a couple of industrial fans as we had been put in an unairconditioned flat that was stifflingly hot. When we first booked we'd read other great reviews & they ended up being so accurate about how fantastic the service is that you receive from them. Thank you again”

“What can I say about Robert and Polly. We had to bring our son to GOSH this year and along with our young family. We were recommended them by another user as they had a great experience. We also had the same experience. Even more so. It felt like they were family the level of help and personal touches were added. They ensured our booking was exactly as required for our little boy with additional needs. Always checked in with us at every point check in..mid stay and checkout and even sent a message to make sure we made it back home after our flight. And to go one further they met with us to show us the local area and attractions and treated us to coffee!! I cannot recommend them any more to anyone as they wer 100 out of 10... We can't wait to come back again and we will certainly be using Rob and Polly's services C&P”

“We used Findlondonapartments.com's medical service when I was required to travel to have complex spinal surgery in April in London. We were lost as to how get accommodation that would suit us. Robert and Polly acted immediately and identified a number of properties that would work for us and we booked Wilde Aparthotel Paddington on their recommendation and favourable rates. Complications meant we had to stay far longer than expected. Nothing was too much trouble for Robert and Polly. Not only did they manage to get a room rate that was significantly lower than anything we'd seen, they were responsive, professional, communicative. Wilde Paddington was absolutely perfect for our needs and the caring, smiling staff went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after. Robert and Polly handled every new drama that cropped up so we didn't have to. I cannot recommend findlondonapartments.com and Robert and Polly more highly. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. It would have been a very different experience were it not for them.”

“Robert and Polly could not have done more to help us find the perfect base for our 6 week stay in London. Location, budget and environment were all taken into consideration and they secured an excellent price for our extended stay. They kept in touch regularly throughout the six weeks, checking that we had all we needed and that the accommodation was up to standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Findlondonapartments.com, they were truly amazing and 5 star in all respects.”

“I first visited UK in 2018 and was not sure with the accomodation and facilities. Robert visited me the next day, showed me around London and helped me to get what I wanted in my accomodation so that I felt closer to home. All my bookings ever since are done by Robert and Polly and they are always responsive for anything I may need and that goes beyond the accomodation requirements. It's very hard to find people who geninuenly want to help the customer and I am glad I have one! Top class.”

“Fantastic service from Robert (and Polly). Extremely helpful and found us a perfect apartment at very short notice (plus a dog). Robert communicated very promptly with me throughout all parts of the process and followed up afterwards to see that everything was OK. “The service this company provides is exceptional. They assisted us in locating a suitable property for a long stay in London post surgery. They listened to our requirements, understood our budget and proceeded to identify a list of properties for us to choose from. They took all the stress out of finding the right property for me and my family. They found and booked a perfect apartment which met our long list of needs to cater for the recovery period ahead. I also have to say the staff at the apartments were amazing too. Very thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. Robert and Polly are attentive, kind and super efficient at what they do best. I am extremely grateful for the support they offered during a very challenging time for us. I would highly recommend approaching them for assistance as I am sure you will not be let down.
