“Cordell provided a seamless service. The quote initially was prompt invoices very straightforward to read. The engineers were efficient and more importantly very tidy. Overall, the trunking outside the house was very discreet and the installed units work very effectively. All in all a great service.”

“My Air Conditioning unit was supplied and installed by Cordell Engineering. The service was excellent throughout and I am thrilled with the unit. The price was also very reasonable & the fitters couldn’t have gone to more trouble to make sure I was happy. Highly recommended.”

“Domestic a/c upgrade We were impressed with Cordell Engineering from start to finish. Lloyd was very supportive and thorough during the initial, and unexpectedly demanding, planning phase, which exercised patience and required assistance during a lengthy and frankly painful approval process with the Council. When work finally began, with Tyler, Ollie and Albie, removal of nine old internal a/c units and three old external floor mounted condenser units, then installation of four new internal a/c units (reducing scope to bedrooms only), and a single wall mounted external condenser unit in replacement, (with acoustic enclosure), took just three and a half days. They were always on time, keeping us informed of progress, including raising a few issues with us as they arose, and better still, giving us options to overcome them. Their work was neat and tidy, clearing up and taking waste / rubbish away at the end of each day. We felt we were in very capable hands, and strongly recommend Cordell Engineering Ltd. Thanks, David & Rachel, Twickenham”

“Cordell were helpful with planning the installation throughout the long lead in period. When the day arrived for the installation to take place the crew were prompt, easy to work with and efficient. The project was completed well under the time budgeted and everything was left working properly .The engineers provided training in how to use the newly installed equipment. They went over everything twice and there was no rushing to finish and leave the site. The engineers cleaned the area thoroughly afterwards and checked that we were happy with the completed installation. I heard about Cordell from a satisfied neighbour and I ,in turn , have no hesitation in recommending the firm ,they provide a good product at a good price.”

“Cordell are a old style family run business that provide excellent customer service. I found them years ago by chance and they provided me honest information, did not try to upsell stuff and with a clear pricing promise. The installers were great, work was immaculate, cleaned up during and after the install of the air con units and were polite and courteous. I have recommended to others as well since and unlike other air con comapines online what you get here with Cordell is great customer service and workmanship.”

“I can’t recommend Cordell enough. I was worried about the disruption and the aesthetics of an 6 room air conditioning installation in an old house. I need not have worried at all. It is a virtually invisible installation with very little mess and minimal painting/touch up required. Planning was fantastic, great communication before, during the job onsite - discussing options, positioning etc. - and completed very quickly with a team of 2-3 on it for a week. I can’t recommend highly enough. They are probably the best supplier I’ve ever used.”

“Cordell Engineering, installed our air conditioning system professionally, within the advised duration and in accordance with the quotation. The installation team were skilled, efficient and amicable, working with a minimum of disruption and leaving the work areas clean & tidy. The air conditioning is easy to operate and in the current heating mode works well.”

“Needed air conditioning for my home office in the garden, which heats up to 40c when the sunshine comes in, and makes my office completely unusable. Sent them a photo with measurements, they came round and fit it very quickly. They've done 2 systems for me now, never had a day's problem, very quick to come out if I need checks doing. Aircon is silent and maintenance free. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

“We were absolutely delighted with how Cordell’s carried out the work in our home. Polite and courteous workmen from start to finish. The job was completed in the timeframe they promised and was very competitively priced and the guys were clean and tidy and kept us involved throughout to ensure we were completely happy with the outcome. We would strongly recommend them to anyone.”

“Great service from start to finish. Would recommend. Why go outside the area when we have good companies like this around us. Work was carried out very quickly and cleanly. The installers took care as to where holes needed to be drilled so as not to disturb any of the furinishing etc.”
