“I enquired about a ring that was in the window. The assistant wasn’t helpful, he told me it was £390 and I felt stupid and intimidated by him I felt upset for asking about it, I felt he was laughing at me. I went online and seen the ring on the website priced £39 and bought it. I don’t think I would ever be back in the shop and would certainly not recommend it. This was the Princes street store.”
